Ever since Eve discovered that a fig leaf was a rather fetching fashion accessory, women have found inventive ways of expressing their individuality to stand out from the crowd.
And so… fashion was born.
And so much fashion: Pre-Collections, Cruise, Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear…so many changes…so many choices.
And we women love it because it gives us an excuse to show off our multi-faceted persona. One minute we are rebels….wanting fierce fashion to match. The next, a muse… gentle, romantic but fey. Then very emancipated…super-confident but sensual and seductive.
Just like lace.
And so, for Autumn/Winter 2016/17 we at Sophie Hallette have chosen Woman…or rather Women….
as the connecting thread for our latest collection, The Three Facets of Woman.
Three inspiring muses with sparking diversity: the Rebel; the Free Spirit and the Wise Woman…all with strikingly individual ….which one are you?
The Three Facets of Woman, will be unveiled at Premiere Vision in Paris from 15-17th September 2015.
